Cancellation request must be processed through the client area. No other forms of cancellation are accepted.
1. Login into the client area.
2. Go to My VPN -> Select VPN Package -> View Details -> Management Actions - > Request Cancellation.
3. Fill out the cancelation request and your account will be terminated at the end of your billing cycle.
